  • Excelled in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments (Series A–C).
  • Comfortable managing 6–12+ month, multi-stakeholder deals involving IT, C-suite, Clinical, Procurement, and Revenue Cycle.
  • Relentlessly self-sources deals and pipeline.
  • Knows provider workflows, value-based care economics, care operations, and revenue cycle dynamics.
  • Has been a trusted partner to senior healthcare executives, including CIO, COO, CFO, CMO, and SVP.

  • Thrives during long, complex sales cycles.
  • Wants to learn, adapt, and stay ahead.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed a $3M+ ARR quota by personally closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals valued at $300K–$1M+; close at least one new enterprise deal within the first nine months and at least two within the first year.
  • Build, qualify, and maintain a self-sourced book of qualified opportunities equal to 5–7x quota coverage at any given time.
  • Win initial deals and expand named accounts to $1M+ through deeper use cases and relationship-building.
  • Turn successful messaging, qualification, sequencing, and deal mechanics into a repeatable playbook for the future sales team.
  • As the sales motion is proven, hire, ramp, and lead Kairon’s first sales team.
  • Feed market intelligence and pipeline insight to product, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging, roadmap, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outbound prospecting and discovery through procurement navigation, contract negotiation, and customer handoff, operating as the CEO of the territory with minimal oversight.
  • Develop and execute account plans for approximately 150 named accounts, identifying key stakeholders, organizational priorities, and revenue pathways while coordinating with ABM campaigns on top-priority targets.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for named accounts and opportunities, including contact data and strategic rationale.
  • Provide precise forecasts on sales activity, pipeline progression, and revenue achievement; maintain 5–7x quota coverage to support predictable results and proactive decisions.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver unified value propositions and a seamless customer experience.

About the company

Kairon Health builds an AI-native execution layer for value-based care that helps ACOs, health systems, IPAs, MSOs, and clinically integrated networks close care gaps and run day-to-day risk operations. It ingests claims, EHRs, ADT, labs, pharmacy data and qualitative sources into a payer-agnostic patient-to-practice model, connecting Practice Intelligence, Care Operations, Patient Activation, Portfolio Management and Impact Analytics workflow clouds. This setup turns data into concrete actions across MSSP, ACO REACH, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial contracts. Its goal is to expand AI across these workflows and grow adoption ahead of Medicare LEAD-model transitions, supporting care for millions of attributed lives.

What believers are saying

  • Kairon claims 1 million attributed lives and 350,000-life enterprise anchors, signaling real traction.
  • CMS LEAD rewards care coordination and beneficiary engagement, directly matching Kairon's outreach workflows.
  • The September 2026 round funds AI development and go-to-market before the 2027 ACO reset.

What critics are saying

  • ACO REACH ends December 31, 2026; LEAD begins January 1, 2027, forcing product rewiring.
  • Innovaccer, Arcadia, Pearl Health, and Navina already own adjacent workflows and budgets.
  • If Kairon misses measurable lift beyond 2026, buyers will treat it as another analytics vendor.

What makes Kairon Health unique

  • Kairon sells execution, not dashboards, across five workflow clouds and one patient-to-practice model.
  • September 15, 2026 funding from Flare Capital validates AI-native operations for value-based care.
  • Live across MSSP, ACO REACH, MA, Medicaid, and commercial contracts in 30+ states.
