Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ year's relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Living in Los Angeles or ability to commute to Vernon/Frogtown offices, you will work from the office almost every day.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, takes initiative, and is not afraid to follow up.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the photoshoot priorities for each week
  • Use sample doc and PIM resource system to request collection samples from production and product development teams and ensure they arrive on time.
  • Communicate with production on what top of production samples they will be passing daily/weekly.
  • Coordinate passing all samples for ecom and editorial photoshoots from Vernon to Frogtown Studio with the Styling Sample Coordinator.
  • Track apparel sample updates in Sample tracker and deliver weekly updates to Producer and Ecom manager with estimated sample count/updates for the week.
  • Track shoe sample updates in Shoe Go Live document and communicate with the shoe team on shoot deadlines.
  • Partner with Styling Sample Coordinator to return samples to production managers and distribution center teams.
