Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing 300+ accounts
  • Background in nonprofit development or fundraising is a plus
  • Ability to manage customer onboarding processes
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathy and ability to foster collaborative relationships
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and change
  • Proactive approach to process improvement
  • Familiarity with tools like G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Intercom, and Canva
  • Growth mindset and passion for the company's mission
Responsibilities
  • Build and foster relationships with customers to help them achieve their organizational goals
  • Take ownership of post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion of customer accounts
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction, adoption, renewal, and expansion targets
  • Provide additional value to customers via 1-to-many delivery models
  • Contribute to the company's Knowledge Base by authoring and updating resources
  • Be the voice of customers across the company
