- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy and operations environment.
- Experience building high-stakes narratives and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese to support Greater China and Korea stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to the GCKR leadership team by translating ambiguous business challenges into structured projects with clear scopes, workstreams, and execution plans.
- Lead the design and delivery of high-stakes executive narratives, shaping regional performance and strategy stories for APAC leadership and global executive forums.
- Drive high-priority initiatives through deep cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Use data-driven insights to influence global and regional stakeholders and ensure GCKR priorities are understood and addressed.
- Lead the strategy and planning cycle for GCKR, ensuring high-quality thinking and output across quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Navigate rapidly shifting conditions as a strategic partner to the regional leadership team and the VP.
- Turn broad, ambiguous business problems into structured projects with clear plans.
- Work with Legal and Finance to advance complex agreements.
- Provide the rationale and implications behind data and mentor more junior team members.
- Experience in structured thinking, storyboarding, and driving high-velocity execution in a global, matrixed organization.
- Experience working within or supporting Greater China and Korea markets.
- Track record of turning ambiguous business problems into structured projects with a clear plan, scope, and timeline.
- Familiarity with navigating complex commercial agreements or working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets and translate findings into a compelling business narrative.
- Ability to move quickly through rapid organizational change and shift focus between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
