Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as an Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or Client Onboarding Manager for a B2B SaaS platform with a focus on Enterprise clients
  • Passionate about innovative technologies in financial services
  • Familiarity with systems integrations and web technologies (i.e API, Postman, etc)
  • Experience in driving project management plans
  • Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent implementations for customers
  • Provide strategic insight and direction based on client goals and product capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify technical services and solutions
  • Lead project design sessions and provide guidance on configuration options
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Obtain customer feedback and prioritize new feature requests
  • Ensure all configurations, integrations, and customizations are fully tested
  • Own and solve any problems discovered during implementation
  • Maintain project timelines and optimize the implementation process
