About the job
- At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential renovation.
- Experience working inside customers' homes.
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and combination square.
- Experience using power tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other construction tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
- Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often within a single day.
- Install acrylic tubs, showers, wall systems, doors, and related products.
- Perform carpentry and trim carpentry as needed.
- Complete minor construction and remodeling tasks.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper installation.
- Follow company installation standards and procedures.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform basic plumbing-related tasks when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Protect the customer's home and property during installation.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners.
- Explain proper care and maintenance of completed installations.
- Complete required paperwork and job documentation.
- Take and submit installation photos.
- Maintain and organize the company installation vehicle.
- Ensure tools and materials are properly stocked for each job.
