Responsibilities
  • Embed with feature teams on key product surfaces that onboard, engage, and retain users of Instacart's core consumer experiences.
  • Develop, ship, interpret results, and iterate on UX content that delivers measurable impact for product experiences.
  • Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams that may include product designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, UX researchers, and other specialists.
  • Create writing that flawlessly expresses Instacart's product tone of voice and adheres to global content standards for UX writing.
  • Adhere to content standards while maintaining consistency with Instacart’s voice.
  • Share your work with the team and provide constructive feedback.
