Responsibilities
  • Hires and builds effective hourly and salaried teams
  • Responsible for partnering with the Service and Selling Culture Director to drive customer service
  • Operational responsibilities include partnering with the events team for in-store and Field events
  • Directly involved in hiring and interviewing
  • Shares responsibility of conducting Day 1 Orientation with the Service and Selling Director
  • Builds a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate
  • Coaches and develops oneself and others
