- A bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or a related analytical role is required; internship experience is considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and data analysis tools is required.
- Understanding of real estate financial concepts such as net operating income, capital expenditures, and budget variance analysis is required.
- Track underwriting goals and key performance indicators, align budgets and capital plans with asset strategies, and collaborate on renovations and cost optimization.
- Oversee month-end review, manage utility billbacks through YES Energy, and process monthly lease renewals.
- Support lender reporting, including financial statements and green loan compliance, assist with investor distributions and quarterly analysis, and coordinate SWOT analysis.
- Contribute to budget preparation and review, coordinate with operations for alignment, and support long-term capital planning.
- Prepare executive presentations, maintain documentation and standard operating procedures, assist with insurance and tax matters, and handle ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team, including site visits, to align operations with asset goals.
- Familiarity with Yardi or other property management or accounting software is preferred.
