- Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a production supervisor in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing, just-in-time, and Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used on the production line.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Manage and supervise the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and key performance indicators.
- Identify improvement potential within the area of responsibility, provide guidance, and contribute to improving service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with standards and execution of processes.
- Lead direct reports in the area of responsibility.
- Plan the team's regular activities to cover all stages of work and respond to incoming requests.
- Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Provide clear instructions and supervision, and evaluate results.
- Identify direct reports' training and development needs, monitor their professional development, and help them apply newly acquired knowledge.
- Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.
- Take functional responsibility for change at the shift level.
