About the company

Mars Capital tokenizes equity in high-growth startups using asset-backed tokens on a blockchain platform. Investors buy these tokens and can trade them on a digital dashboard, providing liquidity and easy portfolio management, while startups raise capital from a community and keep a consolidated capitalization table; founders can use tokens to compensate employees and mentors. The system emphasizes transparency and security in digital, paperless transactions and is not a stock exchange or regulated investment solicitation. The goal is to democratize access to startup investing by pairing asset-backed tokens with liquidity and a user-friendly interface.
