Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years work experience in information technology and graphic designing.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook and related tools; and have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the U.S. Government Security Office.
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, and develop a wide variety of information materials such as forms, labels, brochures, meeting and conference handouts, slides, posters, and other presentation aids.
  • Design logos, mastheads, and illustrations for articles in technical manuals, health journals, and other publications using advanced desktop publishing, page layout, and/or typesetting software to design and develop high quality textual and graphic compositions that communicate complex technical information.
  • Develop systems for scheduling and tracking requests for graphics/artwork to ensure timely and efficient completion of all work products.
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions.
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews; summarize issues and findings in a clear and logical manner.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors.
  • Work with a variety of information technology systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services on behalf of Enterprise Services.
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support.
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support a myriad of standard services required across the Department.
Desired Qualifications
  • Security clearance is a desirable asset.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio is desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word to advanced levels is desirable.
  • Familiarity with federal government business operations and work processes is desirable.
