  • Senior technical leadership experience, with the ability to serve as the single point of technical accountability across multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of applying artificial intelligence enablement methods to technology delivery teams.
  • Strong software engineering and architecture literacy, with familiarity with technical standards and industry best practices.
  • Ability to own and drive a technical adoption approach for a new artificial-intelligence-enabled engineering method.
  • Working knowledge of artificial-intelligence-assisted engineering, agentic development harnesses, model behavior, common artificial intelligence failure modes, and skills standards.
  • Ability to coach senior technical roles, including Technical Leads, Quality Engineering Leads, and Architects, rather than only individual developers.
  • Experience with disciplined code reviews and documentation review practices.
  • Ability to distinguish technical or architecture problems from process, requirements, or delivery-management problems.
  • Comfort using artificial intelligence tools to complete job functions.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of Electric Mind technical accountability across assigned client pods and own the technical direction and decisions for adoption of the artificial-intelligence-enabled delivery method.
  • Own artificial intelligence adoption for the technical aspects of the Software Delivery Lifecycle, including introducing, sequencing, and embedding artificial-intelligence-assisted engineering, coding, and Quality Engineering practices across client teams.
  • Coach Client Technical Leads, Quality Engineering Leads, and Architects to build their capability to foster artificial intelligence enablement best practices within their teams.
  • Reinforce a review-based culture and strengthen solution design review, code review, Quality Engineering plan, and test review processes so they focus on correctness against acceptance criteria.
  • Own integration of the Quality Engineering approach into the artificial-intelligence-enabled lifecycle, including where Quality Engineering enters the delivery flow and how its activities connect to solution design and implementation.
  • Own the approach for building the technical artifacts included in each solution’s artificial intelligence knowledge base, ensuring implementation readiness, portability, and reusability.
  • Ensure artificial-intelligence-generated technical outputs comply with engineering constraints, architecture, coding standards, repository structure, test requirements, and enterprise stack limits across assigned pods.
  • Ensure the appropriate developer, Quality Engineering, or architect owns technical, Quality Engineering, architecture, or tooling issues, and intervene when technical ownership is unclear.
  • Surface artificial intelligence enablement patterns across assigned teams, including recurring technical risks, architecture gaps, and inconsistent engineering or Quality Engineering practices, so they can be resolved across the program.
  • Escalate factors outside the role’s remit that block or impede adoption of artificial intelligence enablement practices to the Engineering Lead.
  • Provide technical accountability for artificial intelligence enablement across assigned client teams.
  • Own Electric Mind’s artificial intelligence enablement approach across Development, Quality Engineering, and Architecture disciplines.
  • Coach Client Technical Leads, Quality Engineering Leads, and Architects.
  • Instill a review-based culture and provide guidance on review discipline and practices.
  • Integrate Quality Engineering discipline into the artificial-intelligence-enabled lifecycle.
  • Ensure artificial intelligence knowledge-base readiness, portability, and reusability.
  • Report good and bad patterns across assigned teams and escalate them to the Engineering Lead.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Spec-Driven development solutions.
