  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent additional Human Resources experience and/or professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR may be considered instead.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Human Resources partner for the Bloomingdale, Illinois site, providing day-to-day support to employees and managers across a broad range of HR matters.
  • Build relationships with employees and leaders and serve as a trusted resource for policy interpretation, workplace concerns, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to support business objectives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, programs, and employment practices while ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Support employee experience initiatives, site communications, employee recognition activities, and programs designed to strengthen engagement and reinforce company culture.
