Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the full Marketing & Growth organization, including Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, Marketing Product Managers, and Organic Growth (App Store Optimization/Search Engine Optimization)
  • Define and drive Wooga’s user growth strategy, balancing short-term return on investment and long-term brand equity
  • Own audience acquisition strategy with focus on scaling high-quality, high-life-time-value user segments
  • Guide creative strategy and testing with a data-first mindset; champion iterative improvement
  • Identify and prioritize markets and platforms with the highest growth potential
  • Represent the marketing organization in company leadership forums and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Monetization, Live Operations, and Business Intelligence teams
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key platforms, ad networks, and user acquisition partners
  • Oversee the development of brand/IP partnerships and ensure brand alignment across all channels
  • Partner closely with game teams to influence features, funnels, and positioning that impact user acquisition and conversion
  • Align marketing execution with broader business targets and ensure coordination across departments
