  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (2x a week in our Toronto office)
Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging sales materials
  • Design and deliver training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools and platforms
  • Lead and develop the sales enablement team
