- At least three years of professional experience at a freight-forwarding company.
- Professional experience in sea-freight imports.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.

- The ability to work flexibly, collaboratively, independently, and with commitment.
- Manage the complete operational process from booking through final delivery in cooperation with offices worldwide.
- Organize transportation as efficiently as possible with optimal service, routing, and costs.
- Maintain close contact with customers, suppliers, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the operational and administrative processing of shipments complies with customer standard operating procedures and international and company regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate milestone and billing updates to achieve operational key performance indicators.
- Advise customers and provide fast, appropriate solutions when problems arise.
