Requirements
  • Proven experience as a finance leader in a high-growth company. Experience with SaaS and/or hardware manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Pre- and post-IPO experience, with a track record of scaling businesses to over $100M in revenue.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving financial performance in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial models. Analyze key business metrics, provide insightful reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Optimize cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes to support company growth and financial objectives.
