Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the value of paid services with customers and account teams
  • Partner with Account Teams to understand customer needs and scope deliverable solutions
  • Lead large, complex, and custom deployment scoping and contracting motions
  • Proactively identify subscription sales opportunities for Services attachment
  • Manage the health and data integrity of a full services opportunity pipeline
  • Recommend delivery structure and resourcing across in-house and subcontracted Service Partners
  • Support field enablement in identifying and pitching Services opportunities
  • Partner with third party services partners on joint GTM approaches
