HVAC Project Manager
About the job
- Hold a higher education diploma in building studies, from Bac+2 to Bac+5.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC, project management consultancy, and design assignments.
- Have experience using computer-aided drawing tools such as AutoCAD.
- Have experience using regulatory calculation tools such as Perrenoud, DPE WIN, and/or Pléiades.
- Design and size building fluid systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, air treatment, and sanitary plumbing.
- Carry out HVAC studies, including plans, calculation notes, technical specifications, tender technical specifications, and financial estimates of works.
- Participate in team meetings to monitor project progress and ensure the technical consistency of proposed solutions.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the project manager.
- Support junior colleagues in developing their skills.
- Knowledge of thermal simulation to serve as a specialist in energy efficiency.
