  • Proven experience managing mature products in highly competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop product management teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices, cloud technologies, SaaS models, and enterprise software trends.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Define the vision and long-term strategy for your product line, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market demands.
  • Lead roadmap planning, balancing customer feedback, competitive insights, product and commercial data, and emerging market opportunities with development resources and company priorities.
  • Establish and model discovery habits to regularly engage with customers and the market and ensure your teams stay close to their customers and users.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, customer adoption, and revenue impact to optimize the product lifecycle and identify areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Oversee the team’s prioritization process to ensure timely delivery of impactful product enhancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer obsession, and accountability.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities to promote a high-performing product organization.
  • Drive a metrics-driven culture within the product team, particularly focused on business outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering & design to ensure alignment on product roadmap, goals, requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, services and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing & packaging that maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on launch activities, sales enablement, and customer training, ensuring a seamless and impactful product release process.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders on product performance, roadmap delivery, market insights, and upcoming priorities.
  • Prepare quarterly reviews, outlining achievements, challenges, and strategic adjustments needed for ongoing product success.
  • Present to customers and prospects in a variety of settings with clarity and confidence.
