Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (Any Stream) or advanced college education or experience in a Leadership or related position with management.
  • Proficiency verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
Responsibilities
  • Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality
  • Support hiring and training of new Associates
  • Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis
  • Develop the work schedule for the week by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities
  • Liaise with Program Management and other global operations team leads to manage risks & propose mitigation strategies
  • Track quality and utilization metrics
  • File and track tickets, following up on blocks to productivity
  • Provide regular, formal & informal feedback to direct reports
  • Identify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or lean
  • Communicate effectively in English

Amazon's Zoox and Alphabet's Waymo expand robotaxi services to new US cities

Amazon's Zoox and Alphabet's Waymo are expanding their robotaxi operations to more US cities. Zoox will begin mapping and testing in Houston and San Diego, bringing its presence to 12 locations. The company launched paid rides in Las Vegas in August after previously offering free testing rides. Waymo is introducing public rides in Denver, San Diego and Tampa, expanding its service to 14 cities. Both companies are targeting San Diego, though Zoox remains in testing whilst Waymo begins commercial operations. Waymo also plans to test autonomous vehicles in Munich before a proposed commercial launch in Germany by late 2027. Neither company disclosed potential revenue from the new markets. Amazon integrates shopping into Prime Video with X-Ray feature and visual search across 8,000 titles

Amazon has introduced new shopping features for Prime Video viewers. The retail giant is integrating product discovery across thousands of titles through its X-Ray experience, which currently displays actor information and soundtrack details. Users can now access a Shop tab by pausing video and pressing up on their Fire TV remote. A new "Shop the Scene" feature uses Amazon's Lens technology to identify products from characters' outfits and home décor. The updates enhance last year's "Shop the Show" feature, which required typing a search query. The improved second-screen experience now automatically opens relevant storefronts when users launch the Amazon Shopping app whilst watching content. "Shop the Scene" is available on iOS and Android across more than 600 titles, whilst "Shop the Show" has expanded from 1,300 to over 8,000 titles in the US.
