Lead strategic searches, and support hiring needs across functions. Start building scalable talent acquisition practices.
 
Successfully close 5–8 roles within the first 90 days, depending on profile complexity and business priority.

How You’ll Contribute

Manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct market research to inform hiring strategy and compensation benchmarks.
Lead candidate sourcing through creative and data-driven methods.
Assess candidates' skills and cultural fit through structured interviews.
Offer guidance and training to hiring managers on interview best practices.
Proactively address delays in hiring cycles with actionable solutions.
Continuously improve TA processes and candidate experience.

What You Bring

4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of closing vacancies across multiple functions.
Experience hiring for rare and senior-level positions.
Experience in soft skill evaluation and structured interviewing.
Strong background in executive search and multichannel sourcing.
Proven ability to consult and advise hiring managers as a true partner.
Experience in international recruitment is a plus.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
