- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, modular code structuring, and reusable design patterns.
- Strong development capabilities using Python.
- Experience working with API endpoints, REST APIs, FastAPI, and integrating AI-generated content into frontend logic.
- Ability to build clean, performance-optimized UI components for data-heavy workflows.
- Experience with Eclipse Theia extension development.
- Experience using AI coding agents for implementation, including hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot agents.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, from user need to operated software, and deliver implementation primarily through AI coding agents.
- Ability to translate intent into precise specifications, constraints, and acceptance criteria, and supervise multiple agent workstreams in parallel.
- Ability to make architecture decisions, assess trade-offs and edge cases, critically review agent output, and remain accountable for correctness, security, and maintainability of merged work.
- Experience using Databricks and Unity Catalog for AI extraction and data pipelines.
- Understanding of user interface and user experience principles for complex professional tools, including authoring, reviewing, and validation workflows.
- Experience using Qdrant, Stardog, and Neo4j.
- Experience gathering and understanding requirements.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Experience in customer interaction and support, and maintaining the code repository.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
- B.E. degree.
- Three to six years of experience.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects.
- Experience with VSCode or Eclipse Theia extension development on Azure Cloud Foundation.
