Responsibilities
  • Sales Coaching: Be obsessed with the the customer experience. Improve team performance through hands-on coaching, shadow sessions, and actionable feedback.
  • Leadership Focus: Be committed to the craft of leadership: delivering tough feedback, conducting 1:1s, and building a high-performing, resilient sales culture.
  • Motivation & Inspiration: Keep the energy high. Motivate your team to consistently hit and exceed monthly GWP targets.
  • Team Development: Lead daily huddles, coaching sessions, and file audits to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.
  • Navigating Ambiguity: Use your judgment to help brokers navigate complex contractor risks.
