About the Job

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of project management experience; experience in HVAC, construction, or industrial/manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, data centers, and/or construction-site environments.
  • Availability for regular travel to customer meetings or data center sites; occasional travel to manufacturing plants is valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in budget development and control, team management, leadership, risk management, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Meet with customers and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure project technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to execute one or more projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute projects to ensure completion on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards.
  • Define processes, schedules, and responsibilities, monitor project progress, and prepare status reports for customers and management.
  • Work closely with local teams and customers' project management teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed scope and budget.
  • Coordinate the supply, installation, and commissioning of chillers, computer room air handlers (CRAH), and cooling distribution units (CDU); maintain a site presence during data center commissioning.

  • Occasional travel to manufacturing plants.
