Requirements
  • Must reside and work in the state of Texas.
  • Two weeks of virtual training are required.
  • A personal computer with a webcam is required to complete training; AWL will provide a laptop.
  • Working USB headset.
  • Working mouse.
  • High-speed internet (at least 50 Mbps download speed).
  • Ethernet connection Cat 6.
  • Noise-free background.
  • Updated personal laptop or PC, able to support Microsoft Office and Teams downloads (AWL provides login credentials).
  • Working webcam.
  • Minimum hours requirement is 20 hours per week.
  • We have multiple shifts to choose from and you will have a set schedule.
  • Hours of operation are 7am-8:30pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-6pm (Sat), and 11am-6pm (Sun).
  • This is a part-time, virtual role; you will work from home.
  • No insurance license required because you are not selling.
Responsibilities
  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers looking to compare insurance rates.
  • Ask qualifying questions to match them with the best insurance agent for their needs.
  • Complete follow up calls, inquiring about the consumer's experience and making sure their needs were met.
  • Help consumers get connected with the right agent and record information about their experience.
  • Remain in frequent communication with leadership.
  • Communicate with your team daily through chat.
