IT Support Specialist
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar field is required.
- 0–1 years of experience in an IT support role is required.
- Provide first-level help desk support for issues reported by business users.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software, printers, conference room equipment, and scanners within agreed service-level agreements.
- Troubleshoot computer problems, determine whether the source is hardware, software, or a network connection, and advise on appropriate actions and solutions.
- Perform daily backups for all systems to ensure business continuity.
- Manage inventory and stock, maintain detailed records of inventory use, and advise management on ordering where necessary.
- Procure needed IT equipment in line with the organization’s procurement policy.
- Act as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on a daily basis.
