Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute a strategic business plan for a designated territory to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Continually identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to build and grow the base business.
  • Identify and educate key health care professionals who manage post-operative pain in the hospital setting.
  • Manage and coordinate customer visits, educational programs, procedural observations, proctoring, and relevant tradeshow participation.
  • Collaborate with multiple franchise Area Sales Directors and sales representatives and managers to coordinate activities and targeting between the cardiac representatives and cryoNB representatives.
  • Build relationships with hospital administration to understand hospital dynamics and develop and present the therapy’s value proposition to secure administrative buy-in.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Satisfy the requirements for hospital account and credentialing processes.
