About the company

Seakeeper sells and installs gyroscopic stabilizers that reduce boat roll to improve stability and comfort across small to large vessels. The system uses a gyroscope-driven mechanism that actively counters rolling motion, mounted on boats of various sizes. Revenue comes from selling and retrofitting units, with financing options and remanufactured units, supported by an installer network of dealers and yacht builders. The goal is to help maritime travel be smoother and safer by providing reliable stabilization across new builds and existing boats.

Seakeeper advances industry-leading stabilisation with new Seakeeper 7.5.

Seakeeper advances industry-leading stabilisation with new Seakeeper 7.5. New gyrostabilizer delivers 25% more stabilising power in 20% less volume alongside enhanced Seakeeper 5 and Seakeeper 10.5 models. Seakeeper, the global leader in marine stabilisation, announces the launch of the all-new Seakeeper 7.5 and enhanced versions of the Seakeeper 5 and Seakeeper 10.5. The new and updated models reinforce the company's commitment to delivering maximum stabilization and efficiency across a broad range of vessels. New: Seakeeper 7.5. Launching with an all-new mechanical design, the Seakeeper 7.5 is a completely re-engineered system designed for boats from 45 to 54 feet in length. The Seakeeper 7.5 delivers 25% more stabilisation in 20% less volume compared to the Seakeeper 6, while maintaining a similar installation footprint. The result is a gyrostabilizer that is not only more powerful, but also easy to integrate into modern boats designed around the Seakeeper 6 - an important feature for current Seakeeper 6 owners, who will have the option to upgrade to the Seakeeper 7.5 through Seakeeper's Trade-In Program. "The Seakeeper 7.5 is the result of more than 20 years with a singular focus on one thing: stabilisation," said Seakeeper President and CEO Andrew Semprevivo. "Our culture has never been about accepting the status quo. We're relentlessly pushing the limits of what's possible, challenging ourselves to deliver more stabilisation in the smallest and lightest package with every new product introduction." The Seakeeper 7.5 reaches stabilisation in as little as 10 minutes, more than 50% faster than the Seakeeper 6, which will retire mid-2027. Additionally, the new model integrates with Seakeeper Ride for boats that have both stabilisation solutions, creating one unified intelligent stabilisation system for maximum underway pitch, roll, and yaw elimination. The Seakeeper 7.5 incorporates several upgrades featured in recent model introductions, including a single-cylinder brake design that saves space and weight, enhances reliability by eliminating hoses and connections, and requires no annual service. The new model will be available to ship in Q4 2026 and will retail for $78,700. "In a market where price increases are hindering new boat purchases for new and seasoned boaters alike, Seakeeper is working hard to drive down cost and size while adding performance," explained Will Cimino, Seakeeper's Chief Commercial Officer. "Compared to the M7000, the Seakeeper 7.5's first predecessor launched in 2008, the Seakeeper 7.5 offers 97% more performance per cubic inch while delivering 12% decrease in retail cost. That's the kind of innovation that keeps moving the industry forward." More performance: Seakeeper 5 and Seakeeper 10.5. In addition to the Seakeeper 7.5, Seakeeper is introducing updated versions of two existing models, extending engineering advancements across the product line to increase performance without increasing size. The Seakeeper 5 will offer 11% more performance than its predecessor, the Seakeeper 4.5, and will retail for $60,500. The Seakeeper 10.5 will offer 5% more performance than its predecessor, the Seakeeper 10, and will retail for $133,900. The Seakeeper 5 will be available in September 2026 and the Seakeeper 10.5 will follow in Q4 2026. Across all of these products, the focus on performance remains consistent: deliver more stabilisation in a smaller envelope, pushing the boundaries of what onboard stabilisation can achieve. About Seakeeper Seakeeper, Inc., founded in 2023, is the leader in marine motion control, changing the boating experience by eliminating unwanted motions and increasing comfort and safety onboard. Seakeeper, a gyrostabilizer for boats 23-200+ ft., eliminates up to 95% of boat roll, the rocking motion that causes seasickness, fatigue, and anxiety. The product launched in 2008 and is based in Leesport, Pennsylvania. Seakeeper Ride, a transom-mounted Vessel Attitude Control System (VACS), eliminates up to 70% of underway pitch and roll for boats 19-55 ft. It launched in 2022 and is based in Fort Myers, Florida. Barletta brings Seakeeper Ride stabilisation to pontoon boats

Barletta brings Seakeeper Ride stabilisation to pontoon boats. Barletta's decision to introduce Seakeeper Ride to the pontoon market marks a genuine shift in how these boats perform underway. For the first time, pontoon owners gain access to active stabilisation technology that directly targets comfort, control, and confidence once the boat leaves the dock. The partnership between Barletta Boats and Seakeeper brings Seakeeper Ride to pontoons as an industry first. Until now, active underway stabilisation has largely been reserved for monohulls and larger powerboats. Pontoons, despite their popularity, have remained underserved in this area. Seakeeper Ride works by actively managing roll, pitch, and yaw while the boat is moving. Using onboard sensors and proprietary software, the system automatically makes real-time adjustments without any input from the skipper. On boats up to around 55 feet, it can reduce pitch and roll by as much as 70 percent. The result is a ride that feels calmer, more settled, and far less fatiguing, particularly when running into chop, crossing wakes, or carrying uneven passenger loads. To integrate the system properly, Barletta worked closely with Seakeeper's engineering team to reengineer parts of the aft running surface and develop a dedicated mounting solution. This ensures the system performs at its best without compromising deck layout, comfort, or Barletta's existing construction advantages, including its dual I-beam chassis and Vibration Isolation Pad technology. On Barletta pontoons, the Seakeeper Ride software has also been refined to allow the boat to bank naturally into turns while remaining level as people move around the deck. Steering feels more precise, and the boat requires fewer constant corrections, particularly in unsettled conditions. The industry has taken notice. The Barletta and Seakeeper partnership received a Boating Industry Innovation Award at the 2026 Minneapolis Boat Show, recognising technology that delivers real, tangible improvements on the water. For New Zealand buyers, this technology is within reach. Seakeeper Ride is available locally through Absolute Marine, while Barletta Pontoons are represented in New Zealand by NZ Powersports. Initial availability covers the 23 Lusso and 25 Lusso models, with broader rollout planned. For pontoon owners who value comfort, predictability, and reduced fatigue underway, this represents a meaningful step forward rather than a cosmetic upgrade.
