  • EIT certification in Civil Engineering
  • 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably with New Site Build (NSB) projects
  • 2+ years of direct AutoCAD experience, including construction drawing preparation
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD daily for design, review, or drafting tasks
  • Strong multitasking ability and quick learner of new information and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and retaining knowledge
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, maintaining direct communication with clients and contractors
  • Oversee project accounting activities including bid tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring
  • Utilize AutoCAD for drafting, design support, or quality control as needed
  • Develop and manage project timelines, delegating or self-performing tasks based on workload
  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborate across teams and provide support to other departments as workload demands
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as opportunities arise
  • Provide ongoing education and guidance to team members regarding client standards, project scope, and procedural updates
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities and expectations may evolve based on business needs.
