  • Prioritize, track and manage new and successor franchise/license agreements and amendments to franchise/license agreements in the pipeline for the balance of the fiscal year
  • Support our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) disclosure process
  • Review entity documents and approve new franchise/license entities entering the Taco Bell system
  • Draft, issue, and upload other form contracts such as confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Act as a liaison to departments within the corporation including finance, development, technology, accounting and operations
