Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • SmartRecruiters shows 132 jobs in 2026, signaling active demand and delivery expansion.
  • Open roles span Riyadh, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, widening geographic reach.
  • Bootstrapped operations avoid dilution and financing dependence.

What critics are saying

  • Inc42 lists 19 employees and bootstrapped status, limiting financial resilience.
  • Public evidence is thin; no recent funding, product launches, revenue, or logos surfaced.
  • A lost anchor client would crush utilization and force shutdown.

What makes LinkTag unique

  • LinkTag spans VoIP, SIP, SAP, Java, and network staffing across SmartRecruiters.
  • Founded 2012 in Bengaluru, it combines consulting, technology services, and outsourcing.
  • 2026 postings demand telecom-server expertise, not generic IT staffing.
