  • 5+ years of experience driving SEO strategy and executing organic growth initiatives
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team and/or contractors
  • Extensive understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and industry trends
  • Proficient in technical and on-page SEO
  • Experience with core website tech stack: WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, aHrefs, VWO
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX principles, and design thinking
  • Working knowledge of SEO-related XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and Schema
  • Understanding of site speed drivers and other site performance KPIs
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating key findings clearly
  • Skilled in SEO copywriting and research
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and client teams
