Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality standards are consistently upheld.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system scalability.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and storage solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex data-related issues and providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
