Responsibilities
  • Take the foundation that we have, and work with our cofounder/CTO to build out the vision.
  • Recruit the absolute best engineers – engineers who want to lean into product and talk to users, who can build a highly technical and complex solution, and who are ready to do whatever it takes.
  • Lead the engineering team by setting ambitious goals and inspiring the team to deliver.
  • Get your hands dirty and jump in on whatever else it takes to build the company.
  • Work with the founder/CEO and other execs (e.g. marketing, sales) to make Oso wildly successful.
