Responsibilities
  • Build and implement a sales strategy
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps
  • Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships
  • Develop and manage leading indicator targets
  • Support and coach all phases of the sales process
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance
  • Build an in-depth understanding of Trella Health's solutions
