Logitech debuts largest enterprise product launch featuring Rally Bar 2.

Logitech debuts largest enterprise product launch featuring Rally Bar 2. October 9, 2026 11:43 pm Tech Logitech debuted its largest enterprise product launch in company history on October 8, 2026, headlined by the Rally Bar 2, the modular Rally System 2 Pro, and proprietary Sound Shape audio technology. The new portfolio targets extra-large conference rooms, divisible training spaces, and upcoming enterprise AI workloads worldwide. Learn Engineering Swiss public company Logitech International - listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange as LOGN and on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as LOGI - has introduced a hardware and software suite aimed at enterprise IT departments facing a dual mandate to deliver current meeting experiences while preparing infrastructure for future artificial intelligence capabilities. The global launch spans hardware for rooms ranging from small huddle spaces to extra-large training environments. Rally Bar 2 combines predecessors and ships worldwide at 4,299 euros. The flagship Rally Bar 2 replaces both the earlier Rally Bar and the more compact Rally Bar Mini in the vendor's catalog. Shipping globally now, the unit carries a price of 4,299 euros, housed in an aluminum unibody designed for easier recycling. According to product disclosures, an integrated Qualcomm processor provides significantly more AI computing power than the previous generation. Certification covers Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, with built-in support for the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), which merges Microsoft enterprise security standards with Logitech room intelligence. Alongside the video bar, Logitech released the Tap IP 2 network-connected touch controller and the Tap Scheduler 2 room scheduling panel, with global shipments underway. Learn AI Tools Rally System 2 Pro targets complex spaces for summer 2027 release. Large, multi-purpose conference rooms and divisible training spaces account for roughly 10 percent of a typical corporate room count but consume nearly 90 percent of IT and AV support effort. To address that disparity, Logitech announced the modular Rally System 2 Pro, scheduled for release in the summer of 2027. Ahead of its release, customers can preview the system at the Logitech Experience Center in Silicon Valley. The modular suite includes the RoomMate 2 Pro compute unit capable of managing multiple cameras, mic pods, and up to three 4K displays while supporting Android, PC-paired setups, or bring-your-own-device (BYOD) modes. Joining it are the Rally AI Camera Pro and Rally Mic Pods 2 configured for table or ceiling mounting. Deployment relies on AV Magazine, a secure AV-over-IP framework that connects hardware components via standard category cables without specialized extenders or PoE injectors. The system integrates with the Sync cloud-based management software. Additionally, Logitech will release RightSight 3, a multi-camera tracking intelligence update, in the second half of 2027. Sound Shape audio technology enters the Pro AV market. Marking Logitech's entry into the professional audiovisual market, the company debuted the Rally Speaker 2 Pro and Rally Speaker 2 Max, housing proprietary Sound Shape audio technology designed to replace ceiling speaker installations in extra-large rooms and executive boardrooms. Learn Engineering "Today, we cross the boundary from science fiction into a bold new era of human interaction," Karthik Rajagopal, Head of VC Engineering at Logitech Karthik Rajagopal, Head of VC Engineering at Logitech, stated that the company has replaced the brute-force approach of increasing room volume with wave-field physics, which essentially steers sound waves through open air with surgical precision. The Rally Speaker 2 Pro utilizes a matrix array of 32 micro-drivers in a single front-mounted soundbar, while the Rally Speaker 2 Max expands coverage using 64 micro-drivers for spaces up to 20 meters or 65 feet in length. The acoustic steering ensures volume drops by only about the level of a human breath from the front row to the back row. In early development previews, Logitech demonstrated a multilingual capability enabled by the precise sound targeting of Sound Shape technology. A single Rally Speaker 2 Max mounted at the front can direct two distinct audio feeds to opposite sides of a room simultaneously. "The international boardroom of the future isn't about finding a single universal dialect - it's about translation coexisting in the same acoustic space." Karthik Rajagopal, Head of VC Engineering at Logitech Logitech is collaborating with partners to integrate Interpreter in Microsoft Teams meetings and Voice Translator in Zoom Meetings with the new audio hardware. Channel strategy and financial health supporting the ecosystem. Crystal Ferreira, global head of channel and alliance for Logitech for Business, stated that the company is encouraging channel partners to look beyond standard meeting rooms and evaluate peripheral usage at individual desks. Ferreira wants to add more global systems integrators to the Logitech partner ecosystem and is working on a program for consultants. Optimize Ops On the supply chain front, Ferreira confirmed that manufacturing across multiple locations has insulated the vendor from hardware shortages affecting other hardware providers, stating that Logitech maintains high supply levels with no reported supply constraints. Logitech CEO Questions Need for Standalone AI Devices as Market Struggles Logitech's chief executive officer is casting doubt on the rush to develop dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) hardware, suggesting the current wave of AI-first gadgets lacks a clear purpose. Logitech MX Master 4 SE reportedly in development, with specs still unknown.

Logitech MX Master 4 SE reportedly in development, with specs still unknown. October 9, 2026 Logitech may be preparing an MX Master 4 SE, according to a Bluesky post from product leaker Roland Quandt. The report offers no launch date, pricing, images, or specifications, leaving the model's position in the MX Master lineup unclear. The alleged model surfaced a little more than a year after the MX Master 4 launched on September 30, 2025, alongside the MX Master 3S Bluetooth Edition. Rather than a direct MX Master 4S refresh or an MX Master 5 successor, the reported SE could be a derivative of the current model. Quandt has not identified what would differentiate it from the standard version. The MX Master 4 provides the only available baseline for a potential comparison. Its confirmed features include: Discover more Upgrade Phones * Haptic feedback delivered through a panel near the thumb area. * Actions Ring, a menu for customizable shortcuts. * A Darkfield sensor rated at up to 8,000 DPI. * Logitech Flow support for working across multiple computers. * Battery life of up to 70 days, with USB-C charging providing up to three hours of use after one minute of charging. It is not known whether the MX Master 4 SE would retain any of those features. The "SE" name has prompted speculation that it could be a lower-cost option, but it does not confirm reduced hardware, altered accessories, or a lower price. Logitech has yet to announce the product, so the key details remain its hardware differences, pricing, and release timing.

Logitech unveils Rally Bar 2 and AI-powered meeting room portfolio.

Logitech unveils Rally Bar 2 and AI-powered meeting room portfolio. 09/10/2026 Logitech has introduced the Rally Bar 2, Rally System 2 Pro and Sound Shape audio technology, designed to bring AI-powered collaboration to meeting spaces of all sizes. "This second generation of smart video collaboration devices is Logitech's answer to a new, dual mandate for IT: Deliver exceptional meeting experiences today while preparing for an AI-powered tomorrow," Logitech general manager - team workspace solutions Henry Levak says. The Rally Bar 2 is the successor to Logitech's Rally Bar, featuring a Qualcomm chipset that the company says provides four times more edge AI processing power than various other video bars on the market. It combines a custom-designed lens and 1" sensor with RightSound 3 audio processing, six beamforming microphones and occupancy detection. The system can automatically detect room occupancy to support meeting room booking and provide data to help organisations understand how their spaces are being used. Designed for medium to large meeting rooms, it supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet, and is built on Microsoft's Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). For larger and more complex spaces, the Rally System 2 Pro combines modular components to simplify deployments in large, multi-purpose and divisible rooms. The system includes the RoomMate 2 Pro compute device, Rally AI Camera Pro, Rally Speaker 2 and Logitech Link AV-over-IP technology. RoomMate 2 Pro uses a Qualcomm platform to support up to three 4K displays, multiple cameras, speakers and microphone pods across Android, PC and bring-your-own-device configurations. The Rally AI Camera Pro combines a wide-angle camera with a 1" sensor and an optical pan-tilt-zoom camera. Logitech's RightSight 3 technology uses multiple camera angles to automatically select views of meeting participants. Logitech Link connects compatible devices over category cabling without requiring external extenders or Power over Ethernet injectors. Audio is another focus of the launch, with Logitech introducing Sound Shape technology in the Rally Speaker 2 Pro and Rally Speaker 2 Max. The systems use focused acoustic beams to distribute sound more evenly throughout larger rooms, with the company targeting consistent audio across spaces extending up to 20m. The Rally Speaker 2 Pro incorporates 32 micro-drivers, while the Rally Speaker 2 Max features 64 micro-drivers for extra-large rooms. Logitech unveils pro AV speakers for large meeting rooms.

Logitech unveils pro AV speakers for large meeting rooms. Fri, 9th Oct 2026 (Today) Logitech has introduced the Rally Speaker 2 Pro and Rally Speaker 2 Max for large conference rooms and training spaces, marking its entry into the professional audiovisual market. The two front-of-room speaker systems use Logitech's Sound Shape technology, which directs audio to defined listening areas rather than dispersing it broadly around a room. The approach is aimed at extra-large meeting rooms, executive boardrooms and divisible training spaces, where sound coverage can be uneven. The products are part of Logitech's biggest enterprise launch to date. The company says conventional ceiling speakers can be expensive to install and wire, and often project voices from positions that do not align with the speaker at the front of the room. Rally Speaker 2 Pro includes an array of 32 micro-drivers in a single soundbar, while Rally Speaker 2 Max extends coverage with 64 drivers. Logitech says the systems manage sound waves to reinforce audio in target areas and reduce it where it is not wanted. According to Logitech, the technology can deliver more consistent volume from the front to the back of a room than standard speaker setups. In a 12-metre room, the drop in sound level is limited enough to make volume feel nearly the same across the space. Sound targeting Logitech positions the system as an alternative to raising room-wide volume to reach listeners at the back. Instead, the speakers are designed to send concentrated beams of sound toward specific seating zones while reducing reflections from walls and ceilings. The concept is central to Logitech's attempt to stand out in a segment that has typically relied on distributed ceiling audio, wall-mounted speakers and more complex installation work. By keeping speakers at the front of the room, the company is presenting the products as a simpler option for organisations fitting out larger collaboration spaces. "Today, we cross the boundary from science fiction into a bold new era of human interaction," said Karthik Rajagopal, Head of VC Engineering at Logitech. "We've replaced the brute-force approach of cranking up room volume with wave-field physics - essentially steering sound waves through open air with surgical precision," Rajagopal said. Multilingual use Logitech also outlined an early-stage multilingual application for the Rally Speaker 2 Max. The system can aim two separate audio feeds at opposite sides of the same room, allowing different groups to hear different spoken languages at the same time. This could be used in international meetings, cross-border negotiations and training sessions where participants need separate language feeds without installing different speaker systems in each area. Logitech says it is working with partners to integrate the concept with Interpreter in Microsoft Teams meetings and Voice Translator in Zoom meetings. The proposal reflects a growing focus among workplace technology suppliers on hybrid and multilingual collaboration tools, particularly for global companies trying to reduce friction in international meetings. Audio has often been a weaker link in those environments, especially in larger rooms where speech intelligibility drops as participants move farther from the source. Logitech has long been known for peripherals and video collaboration equipment, and the new range broadens its presence in meeting-room infrastructure. Its entry into the Pro AV market places it in closer competition with specialist audio and room-systems suppliers serving corporate and institutional customers. For buyers, the commercial test is likely to centre on whether a front-mounted system can match or exceed the coverage of conventional distributed audio in large rooms while reducing installation complexity. The multilingual application may also draw interest if organisations can support interpretation in the same room without headsets or separate breakout areas. "The international boardroom of the future isn't about finding a single universal dialect-it's about translation coexisting in the same acoustic space. Sound Shape unlocks big potential for cross-border diplomacy, global M&A negotiations, and multi-regional training environments," Rajagopal said.
