Previous building maintenance experience is preferred.
Weekend work is required as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance, including light carpentry and plumbing.
Continuously inspect and maintain the facility, including its interior and exterior facade.
Inspect the roof, replace ceiling tiles, paint, repair floors, replace filters, and maintain the maintenance shop.
Clean equipment, perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs, and complete other miscellaneous duties as required.
Support the team of engineers and mechanics in the maintenance team throughout the facility.

The General Maintenance Mechanic will support our team of Engineers and Mechanics in the Maintenance team throughout the facility.
General Maintenance tasks including but not limited to general building maintenance with light carpentry and plumbing. Continuous inspection and upkeep of the facility including outside and inside facade, roof inspection, ceiling tile replacement, painting, floor repair, filter replacement, maintenance shop upkeep, equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance and minor repair work and other miscellaneous duties as required.
