Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proven multitasking skills with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Assist in frontline recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs, collaborating with People Team and hiring managers
  • Engage with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for posting, updating, and renewing job requisitions
  • Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for creating targeted searches in line with our recruitment needs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and disseminate social media postings to enhance employer brand and attract quality candidates
  • Work with the People Team to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition, and filter resumes and candidate profiles accordingly
  • Coordinate scheduling of phone screenings and interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS
  • Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of an AI platform designed to automate and improve People Team and recruitment processes. Analyze and report on AI platform's effectiveness in streamlining administrative tasks and improving recruitment efficiency
  • All other duties and tasks as assigned
