Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for handling high-volume inbound and outbound communications professionally and empathetically.
  • Ability to accurately document and manage detailed customer and patient information while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, phone systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and providers while handling inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including calls and live chat, to confirm orders, schedule deliveries, and address patient and provider concerns.
  • Oversee the order workflow from initiation to completion, including real-time transcription of detailed notes, timely follow-ups, and routing escalated calls according to established workflows.
  • Achieve daily qualitative and quantitative targets for outbound calls, inbound calls, chat requests, and order transactions while maintaining patient satisfaction and service, productivity, and quality objectives.
  • Resolve customer issues and requests collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Place 50-60 outbound calls per day.
  • Answer 50-60 inbound calls per day.
  • Document patient and provider demographics 100-120 times per day.
