Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management roles supporting utilities or public infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems, geographic information systems, Excel or Power BI, risk modeling, and lifecycle analysis.
  • Knowledge of data stewardship, cross-functional collaboration, planning integration, and preventive-strategy thinking.
  • A degree in Engineering, Public Works, or Information Systems is desired; International Asset Management certification is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and the ability to learn additional tools as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain utility asset inventories and condition databases.
  • Support capital improvement planning and risk-based prioritization strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments to align maintenance and capital investment goals.
  • Develop condition assessment programs for buried and above-ground assets.
  • Assist with performance dashboards and key performance indicator reporting for utility systems.
  • Support digital transformation, budgeting, and reporting-systems integration for Pasco County Utilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • International Asset Management certification.
