Smartly is seeking an Agency Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Team, where you’ll support our growing media agency business and their end-client opportunities.

As an Agency Solutions Consultant, you’ll combine your technical expertise, business acumen, and client-focused mindset to support our sales teams and ensure agencies maximize the value of Smartly’s platform. You’ll play a key role in technical demos, success planning, and account reviews, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of media agencies and their clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Media Agencies: Partner exclusively with media agency clients to address their unique challenges and help them achieve success with Smartly’s platform.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Provide technical expertise during sales engagements, including demos, needs assessments, and account reviews.
• Customize Solutions: Understand the needs of agencies and their end clients, designing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
• Guide Success Plans: Develop and present success plans that outline how agency clients can achieve their desired outcomes using Smartly.
• Provide Ongoing Support: Act as the first point of contact for technical questions or issues, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Bridge Technical and Business Needs: Communicate complex concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay Industry-Savvy: Research agency clients’ industries and stay updated on marketing trends to provide proactive recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of technology, SaaS, native Ads Managers, with experience in using these tools to address business challenges.
• Business Acumen: An ability to align technical solutions with business goals, improving productivity, efficiency, and growth.
• Client-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering customized, impactful solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working with sales teams and other cross-functional groups to assess needs and deliver results.
• Clear Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
• Problem-Solving Drive: A proactive approach to tackling challenges and supporting clients in achieving success.
• Marketing Interest: An enthusiasm for the advertising industry and a desire to grow your expertise in online marketing.

Experience working at a Big 6 Agency and/or hands-on experience with the Smartly platform are considered an advantage.

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
