Requirements
  • Up to two years of experience in sales or related outbound selling environments.

Responsibilities
  • Build and prioritize strategic target account lists to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach from cold call scripts to LinkedIn and email sequences using tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Execute outbound and inbound campaigns, following up with marketing-qualified leads to keep the pipeline active and growing.
  • Qualify and nurture opportunities through discovery conversations, setting up high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Participate in discovery calls and demos with senior decision-makers at target accounts, gaining exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate, detailed records in Salesforce, including account information, deal size, and status, to support forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve playbooks, processes, and tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior cloud or software-as-a-service sales development experience, including researching and building new and existing accounts.
  • Proven interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation.
  • Familiarity with growth-stage startup environments, delivering value quickly and iteratively.

Mimica builds an AI-powered task mining and process intelligence platform for large enterprises to improve operational efficiency. It observes desktop user activity (clicks and keystrokes) to automatically generate detailed process maps, while Miner identifies and prioritizes automation opportunities by ROI and Mapper creates implementation blueprints. The platform also suggests suitable technologies for each opportunity, such as RPA, GenAI, or intelligent document processing, and integrates with partners like UiPath to import process diagrams. Its goal is to reduce costs and boost workforce productivity by automating repetitive digital tasks and guiding a path from discovery to deployment.
