Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support and consultation to clients, parents, and behaviorists in school, clinic, and/or home environments.
Assess individual needs and develop behavioral strategies and behavior plans tailored to each client.
Train, supervise, and mentor behaviorists in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Monitor client progress and make appropriate modifications to behavior plans, strategies, and techniques.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services, interventions, strategies, and behavior-plan changes.

This part-time position is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with families, behavior staff, and related-service professionals while maintaining flexibility through a hybrid schedule.
The position provides support during after-school hours, typically 4-7PM, with the opportunity to work remotely one day each week.

In this role, you will provide clinical guidance and behavioral support across a variety of settings. Responsibilities include:
