Requirements
  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) (CFP(r)) designation
  • 6+ years in financial and/or estate planning related work
  • Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis

Responsibilities
  • Acts as a Personal CFO for clients, leads client relationships, delivers an exceptional experience, and designs, implements and manages the wealth management plan that supports clients' passions and purpose
  • Leverages internal and external resources to achieve client objectives in investment management, estate planning, tax planning, risk management, and general planning
  • Communicates the unique value proposition to prospective clients and establishes Brighton Jones as a trusted financial advisor
  • Develops and expands relationships with centers of influence resulting in additional business opportunities
  • Cultivates and develops deep relationships with custodial retail branches in collaboration with the national team
  • Represents Brighton Jones at public speaking events, including community and industry events
  • Leads a local service team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction with a focus on remarkable service
  • Provides timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback to teammates and develops employees to their fullest potential
  • Assists with the development and presentation of training programs for team members on financial planning strategies
