Cardinal Civil Resources

View

Cardinal Civil Resources provides full-service land surveying, land planning, and Drone as a Service (DaaS) solutions for residential, commercial, and government projects across the Southeast. It uses field surveys plus drone imaging and 3D data (3D imaging, aerial mapping, ALTA, boundary and subdivision plats, topographic maps, utility and wetland location) to produce precise maps and stakeouts that feed into civil plans. It differentiates itself by combining surveying, planning, civil-engineering-adjacent services, and drone-enabled data under one roof, aided by acquisitions (Berkley-Howell, Pro Inspections) and a drone partnership with ZenaTech/ZenaDrone. Its goal is to scale DaaS operations in the Southeast and grow through acquisitions to meet the needs of government and private-sector clients.
