Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience running lifecycle, customer relationship management, or email marketing programs, ideally for consumer or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Deep, current, hands-on experience with Iterable, including journeys, campaigns, segmentation, templates, data feeds, snippets or Handlebars, HTML, email quality assurance, and testing.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Braze, or Customer.io is welcome, but Iterable fluency is required.
  • Ability to write HTML and CSS for email, including debugging rendering issues in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to draft effective copy for most flows and edit it for clarity and warmth.
  • Ability to define the key metric for a flow, verify that the underlying data is firing correctly, analyze results, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work carefully and accurately with sensitive healthcare and family-building subject matter.
  • Ability to independently translate a business goal into a plan.
Responsibilities
  • Build new drip campaigns and expand or optimize existing campaigns across the customer journey, from first touch through activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Draft email and SMS copy for new and updated flows using brand voice guidelines and refine it based on feedback.
  • Analyze funnels to identify drop-off points, then design and launch re-engagement and win-back programs to address them.
  • Establish lifecycle support for new program and campaign launches.
  • Audit existing flows and update messaging, logic, and timing as programs and positioning evolve.
  • Build and maintain journeys, campaigns, templates, segments, and lists in Iterable.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to verify existing tracking and specify new events or data points when needed.
  • Hand-code and troubleshoot responsive HTML and CSS email templates across email clients.
  • Own segmentation logic, list hygiene, suppression rules, and deliverability.
  • Report performance against funnel-stage conversion and recommend what to scale or discontinue.
  • Run a testing roadmap covering subject lines, send timing, cadence, sender identity, and offer framing.
  • Document lifecycle assets and workflows so the program remains maintainable and understandable.
  • Review priorities collaboratively each month and execute the ongoing independent-contractor scope.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, fertility, or femtech.
  • Familiarity with marketplace or two-sided funnels.
  • Familiarity with long-consideration funnels and journeys.

Cofertility Raises $7.25M for Egg Freezing

Cofertility, founded by Lauren Makler and Halle Tecco, offers women free egg freezing in exchange for donating half of the retrieved eggs to those unable to conceive. The startup raised $7.25 million in a Series A round, bringing total funding to $16 million. Cofertility's "Split" program provides eggs at scale, with hundreds of diverse donors available. Intended parents cover retrieval costs and a coordination fee, reducing their expenses as they don't compensate the donor.
