  • Develop strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve cash flow
  • Negotiate payment plans and manage escalations effectively, coordinating with legal counsel when necessary
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while resolving billing disputes with a customer-centric approach
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with clear, measurable goals
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to drive actionable insights for senior leadership while also identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to billing and collections laws across North America, Mexico, and the UK
  • Leverage tools like Zuora, NetSuite, Creditsafe and Salesforce to streamline operations and workflows
