Responsibilities
  • Gathering, evaluating, and disputing chargebacks for major retailers
  • Acting as a back-up resource for various departmental activities
  • Researching chargebacks and building dispute cases to recover funds from the Retailer
  • Validating appropriate data from internal and third-party systems
  • Ensuring accurate and appropriate responses to disputes within deadlines
  • Analyzing and documenting actual manual/system processes and suggesting enhancements
  • Monitoring customer portals for dispute resolution status and escalating if needed
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing and processing proper transactions in the ERP system
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
